@amogelangsekhu3906 heyyy... I know going to an actual hall etc and writing in person can be rough, but it allows you to get into the zone. Also even though it was online there was honestly no time to like Google anything and i felt so stressed about signal and if things actually were submitted correctly etc. Did you write this year or are you prepping for next year?

I would like to ask about GEMP 1 modules. The modules you studied, block test, exams, whether every test and an exam are multiple choices questions or not. I would really appreciate that 🤝.
Hey Mojalefa. Gemp 1 is BCMH 1 and 2 (whole bunch of microbiology and antibiotics), Cardiovascular, respiratory, hematology and renal. All the exams are best out of 4 possible answers (multiple choice). No negative marking. Block tests are normally every 6 weeks. End of year exams are put into 3 papers . Hope I answered your questions 🙂
@@chanellemcarthur7507 Hey Chanelle, you definitely answered my questions because I was wondering how are the questions set in both tests and exams, and how block tests differ from final exams.
@@Daily_Bird_Santinoh great. Yeah it's all the same. They say the end of year exams are easier because in the block exams they ask you extremely specific in depth details and in the end of year more general questions.
@@chanellemcarthur7507 Oh okay I see, maybe if you can do a video where you elucidate further about block tests, exams, the modules, if the textbooks are necessary and what people should expect during their gemp 1 at least that will ease a pressure on them since I'm someone who likes to study in advance. That will be highly be appreciated as well.🤝

Hey Chanelle. Thank you for the video! For getting into GEMP, I was wondering, regarding the physics Requirement: does it matter if it's physics 101/102 or Physics 1E1/1E2 or is it irrelevant as long as there's a credit?
Hey Tami. Thanx for watching. So I presume you are taking a module of physics that is part of a course or degree? Then I'm sure that's fine either physics (I did my undergrad sooo long ago and did a bsc and automatically my physics class was physics 101.) If you want a direct more definitive answer. Contact Tabea at wits 🙂
@@chanellemcarthur7507 Hey Chanelle. Thank you for your response! I'm doing a postgraduate degree and I requested to do Physics as an additional course. I emailed Tabea, she said that it doesn't matter if it's semester 1 or 2, so I don't think she completely understood my question. I'm assuming it's fine because even though they might be slightly different courses, they're(physics 101 /102and physics 1E1/1E2 ) both still physics at the end of the day.
100% I think you are correct in that they are most likely the same or very similar content that it doesnt matter...as long as it says physics 😂

Hey Lesego. So my files were just divided into the blocks and then the tracks per block. So I got roughly 2-3 blocks per file

And which leg exercise overall was the most challenging to master at first ?? For me it was definitely pistol squats and maintaining a still and stable form.
Hey hey. Happy new year! Thank you for your kind words. Im enjoying doing 1 week heavy traditional like "bodybuilding" style and then the 2nd week doing hiit 3x per week. When i first started, free squata were the hardest by far. Pistol squats are tough!! Well done!

More food for the win for sure!!😋😋 I wont be changing the kinds of food i eat, just the volume, so will still eat clean (because i love how healthy eating makes me feel.) Workout wise, I'm still a big advocate for efficient short training (not many people have time for hours in the gym, me included). Will my workouts increas in length? Yes they may slightly, but to maybe 1hr max. Get in lift heavy and get out is my aim🤣.

WHAAAAAAT !!!!! 😲 Did I read that right ? .... A lady who actually does not enjoy training legs. WHAAAAAAT !!!!! 😲 😲 😲 😲 My mind is officially blown. 😂 😂 But yeah , I notice hip thrusts have become incredibly popular over these last couple of years. But that's awesome to hear you love training shoulders especially , because that is my favorite area too. I love doing lateral raises and face pulls. But I'm certainly trying to get stronger with the overhead presses at the moment.

Yeah , you could be right ... so far you are just the 2nd lady to ever tell me she did not enjoy training legs. But it is such a rarity in the grand scheme of things. Its like if you get to see a solar eclipse 😂 because 95 % of the content you see on the female fitness channels is legs and glutes related training. Every seems to want that bigger booty at all costs. lol 😊 I actually think women can emphasis legs / glutes a little too much an end up becoming one-dimensional. I appreciate ladies who enjoy having the complete package ... which is why I celebrate and encourage flexing 💪 as much as I do ... so to get more ladies to be proud of their upper bodies as well. 😎
@@Vindicator73I agree, there has definitely been this craze about legs and everyone is jumping on that bandwagon. Balance is everything, so a well rounded resistance training program is a must

Well I learned from the great Chanelle McArthur that whipping your hair is THE secret to mastering unassisted pull ups. 😂 But definitely awesome to see you getting after it on that exercise. 😎 I wondered if you occasionally reverse the order of exercises you do in a single training session , or mostly keep it the same each time ?? Back muscles are ridiculously lean by the way , and why flexing truly does fit you so well. 😎 Keep going strong , only a couple weeks to go.
It's all about the hair whip 😂. So my workouts always change depending on my mood and how I feel. Sometimes I'll start with pull ups first and back then move to arms and shoulders. I never have the same workout. Lately I've been enjoying pyramid sets. 🙏🙏thanks for all the support

🤣🤣 hilarious. I cook and eat to survive. Gordon Ramsay would hate my food. I have anything like, baby marrow, green beans, broccoli....I add green peppers.
Ha , yeah Gordon practically hates everyone's food that's not his own , at least only tolerates it. 😂 ... But yeah , green peppers especially is something I love to add to my foods for that extra kick of spice , particularly with any soup type of dish.

Haha. Thank you so much!! Lol I'm not much of a flex person 😋 but thank you. I'm really just out here trying to show how to perform Exercises and for everyone to find their fit. So In theory I always consume more calories before my workouts because I train in the evening. However, everything was kept the same except my overall daily calories have decreased in order for me to cut. It's all about the amount of calories you are consuming.

Hey! Thank you so much for your kick ass message. I really appreciate it. To be honest...all styles of training challenge me in some way. Each style has it's own challenges. For now though, I would say more HIIT with low weight high reps is challenging me, because cardiovascular wise it kicks my butt as I hadn't been doing that style of training in awhile. Haha I dont know if I'll do a little flex...maybe. have to watch to find out. Thank you for your love and support. X
