    I do A skips with 15 LB vest ….10 min x 6 sets…..much more running specific and effective than gym muscle isolation exercises .Thanks for video🙏🏻

      My favorite exercise is muscle up, whenever you swing just pull yourself up to do your first muscle up exercise
