This isn’t really live action considering none of the people in the video are real it’s more of a really hi def cgi kinda in the same concept as the final fantasy 7 movie advent children id be so down for a dragon ball movie in this kind of style the live action cgi hybrid cuz honestly there aren’t any actors or actresses i could picture that could actually portray the characters likeness correctly voice wise sure any good voice actor could pass as the voice but physically looking like the characters not so much lol
