If it’s a little bit loose then you can wear thick clothes underneath likes sweaters and pair it up with other loosely fitting pieces like straight fit pants and boots. If it’s really loose I would just return it because it cost even more money if you try to get it tailored. If you really want to keep it, one risky move is to wash the suede jacket in water and then dry it. This will technically shrink the suede as I’ve done it before, but there is a risk that the jacket will be unevenly shrunken and therefore ruined. I once put a pair of suede gloves in a washing machine and then in a dryer, it came out at least two sizes smaller.

@@gentsstyle7495 for the grey suede jacket, have you tried on the large size before deciding in buying the medium size?? If yes, is their a significant difference in medium and large size?? For the origins sued jacket any reason why you went with large after choosing medium in grey jacket?? Because I bought the origins jacket in size small and that itself is quite big for me!!

I usually buy Zara clothes online. When deciding which size to buy, I base my decision on the picture showing the jacket itself. I check the distance from the collar to the shoulder seam and from the shoulder seam to the cuffs to determine how oversized the jacket is. And then I make a prediction on how stiff the material is (for example, I know for a fact that lamb leather is softer than sheep leather which is softer than cow leather which is softer than buffalo leather). If the clothes are oversized and are made of a softer material, I usually size down (the case being for the gray jacket) or it will look sloppy. If it's made of stiffer material, then going a size larger gives that broad-shoulder look (the case being for the Origins jacket). I hope this method helps. If it's too difficult to decide, I'll just buy two sizes and only keep the best-fitting one.

Zara has different leather jacket designs every year. This jacket is from 3 years ago, so it has been discontinued. Unfortunately, the tracker leather jackets in stock rights now are all faux leather options.

Thank you! It would be nice if Zara sponsors me. I think the Barracuda Harrington jacket would come in handy in the spring season. Harrington jackets are very old-money and has a smart casual vibe. The plaid inner lining and the slim design look elegant. The price is very high so it's definitely an investment.

That's true. I am also a strong believer in quality over quantity. However, in terms of leather jackets, I want to have options and variations. I am at the stage where I want to explore different designs and aesthetics. Zara is a good place to experiment without spending much (especially during their sales season), plus I don't have to be paying for the brand ( case being YSL and Celine). I've purchased higher-end leather jackets before, but I end up realizing I don't like the style. So what you said is totally true, but it's a matter of personal preference.

@@gentsstyle7495 agree with your point. to experiment though, I’d buy vintage and sell if you don’t like the style. often for recognized brands you can sell for the same price you paid. brands like zara have very little resale value

Hello, could you compare this brown with that one with the same design from this winter that you have reviewed in another video? I tried that previous one in store and I found it stained my fingers plus it had a strange stiffness and an unusual finish so that I didn't know if it was an unusual quality leather for Zara so that I landed thinkin it could be bonded leather. Lately I have seen you have a similar one from an old collection that has done well some years so that one from this winter wasn't bad too, maybe full grain as you said, but damn I passed. You say this new one has a stiff leather but can you say if it does have a lighter lining? It seems to me to have another vibe, less winter and more spring, more preppy and less boxy/oversized... Isn't it?

@@Samuel-fl2wz I wouldn't worry about missing one flight jacket Zara released since they release new flight jackets style every year, and flight jackets have become more common as they can be found in All Saints, Banana Republic, Thursday Boots, etc. From my experience buying flight jackets from Zara, here is what I noticed: 1. The first ever flight jacket I got from Zara is their Studio collection sheep leather jacket that is featured in this video (at 1:04): ruclips.net/video/4l_nl1-oVu0/видео.html I did an outfit video with this jacket which you can find on my channel, and not surprisingly, it has the best quality (better design, inner lining, leather, etc). As part of Zara's S/S collection, that jacket is thin and more suitable for warmer days. 2. The cow leather flight jacket I got in January is stiffer and more winter-oriented. I don't think it's bonded leather. It's just a thick layer of full leather that has a raw vibe (not refined). The quality is okay, but the design is quite off with drop shoulders and stuff. 3. The brown jacket featured in this video is a nubuck buffalo leather jacket, so it has the best of both worlds. The texture of suede and durability of leather (except it's easily stained). I will release an outfit video on this jacket soon so you can see how it looks on humans more. You are right about the jacket being stiffer and less boxy, but I would still consider it as a fall/winter jacket. The inner lining is 65% polyester 35% cotton, so it's not meant for warmer days. I can say that the flight jacket from this winter has something in the design that I like more than the new one that makes it "less classic" and a bit more "fashion oriented", such as right the drop shoulders, rounded collar lapels, the boxy fit and the finish (though it worried me). On the other side the new one seems to me "less heavy at the eye" and more "wearable", but I've not seen it in reality. P.S. Thanks, I will stay tuned to see more about leather jackets on you humans lol.

I have never seen their jackets in person, but judging from the pictures on their website, their jackets are minimal and versatile. The proportion and sleeve length are about right. I am not a fan of their flight jacket, though. The suit-like shoulder seams design doesn't go with the masculine vibe of leather jackets.
