    Which one to buy Bells of steel 2.0 or titan or rep belt squat atachment???? I have 2 buldging disk in lower back and a knee with arthritis. Been doing landmine mine belt squats and they are ok. Iam hoping this titan belt squats feel more natural than landmine or leverage belt squats?? Also thinking about getting the titan westside scout hyper to help my back

    thanks for being one of the few people who own and did a review of the T3 36'' depth rack. This is the option I am interested in and im grateful you shared the measurements, as I currently have the 810XLT and Im looking to replace it with something with more depth so I can stop feeling claustrophobic in the rack

    IMO the reason you are not feeling the pump its because of the lever, It pulls you forward when you coming up from the squat position, were as if you were doing it on rogue machine, the cable comes under your legs and gives you a true squat feeling.

    Thanks so much for the updated review. I had considered picking one of these up if the Black Friday deals justified it...but they didn’t. I’ve being buying from BOS for several years and I get the impression that their desire to rapidly expand has hurt their customer relations. It’s certainly increased their prices. Bells of Steel's promo video suggests the plate holder can be mounted vertically alternatively to your horizontal positioning. I think I'd have to do so in order to avoid the weights bottoming out on the floor. Thoughts on viability of the vertical mounting while still maintaining use of the band pegs? Thanks. Also, whose programming are you using on the lifting front? Might it be too low in volume (RxWxS) for the mentioned "burn"? My lower body days can aggregate to >50,000#s per session using Renaissance Periodization's Male Physique Template. (I only weigh ~170#.)

    • @myredeyelife7010
      @myredeyelife7010 5 лет назад

      Using the plate holders vertically will definitely keep you from bottoming out. I decided not to do that because I don’t want to lift those 45 plates straight up. Seems like a pain to load and unload that way. As far as the band pegs go. As long as you put the bands on before loading plate doesn’t seem like it would make much difference. I’m also sure if you had the plates on you could still get the bands on. But maybe a little bit more difficult. .. my training was geared towards a starting strength method. And now I am signed up with Andy Baker online training program. Andy was an author for the starting strength book.. I should definitely be doing more conditioning with more volume, I Just don’t... we also have a Facebook page. facebook.com/My-Redeye-life-100184268057729/ Thanks for the comment!
