This reminded me when an american classmate told me, "You know, those French or Chinese people don't take you kindly if you don't speak their language. Even if you try, they are pretty rude about it." but isn't funny some americans do to? This reminded me of all the times when I would mispronounce something and someone will call it out as "a bad accent", but I was born in the US, just with a brown face. I know my comment is pretty sad, but only because this piece was passionate and it moved me.
