If it is hard, then you can devide them in 3 to 4 section by 2x4 and work one section at a time. It will be like pavers but large pavers. You can take time working each section. The fill the gap between the section. That is only way i can think of if one person does the job.

I'm about to do a project that will take about 60 to 70 bags. I would Not mix even 25 by hand. I'm going to either rent a mixer, or buy one from harbor freight.

Personally I would never attempt a slab that size with quickcrete if you're planning on finishing it . If you're not comfortable mixing and finishing a quickcrete surface that size , you could've just left the quick crete 1/2" below the top of your concrete forms after drying you can mix multiple bags of floor leveling cement to the consistency of runny pancake batter or paint then poured it over that quickcrete . It is so liquid that it will level itself to your forms . No finishing necessary . Check outside temperature ratings for floor leveling cement .

best way drop all the bags in the hole spred dry then water hose the crap outa it youll mix when raken it and brushen or mixer in location for get the double process of buckets but at least you wasnt geting pea stones in your mix
