Around 4h30min. Around the difficulty of Orphan of Kos and Demon of Hatred, but I'm not sure how those three rank amongst themselves.
I think this boss is bad. It's hard to see what the boss is doing at times, especially in phase 2. There are many attacks you can't punish and as a result the health pool feels very bloated. I'm aware there are better character builds for the fight, but a boss shouldn't force a respec.
The closest I came to losing in this attempt was at 7:15 and 10:36. Got distracted at 11:40 but thankfully didn't lose because of that.

Around 9h of practice and attempts. Past world 6 there are only a few levels that I found difficult: 7-9, 7-10, 8-9, 9-10, and 10-6. Second full run attempt, so it's not a very clean run. World 5 went abhorrently and world 7 wasn't great either. Some general tips: Hug walls and use ledges for setups. For timings and miscellaneous jumps you can sometimes use background colors or the scrolling grid as visual cues. Next deathless. Current PB is 6 deaths. Footage is from my stream. Took around 3 hours. Not sure if Orphan of Kos is harder than this, I only played Bloodborne on NG. Otherwise I believe this is the hardest soulsborne boss. Many attacks can one-shot you and because of the charm the umbrella doesn't block all the damage from attacks which forces you not to make too many mistakes during the fight. Even if you do make few mistakes you might get one-shot both time...

Death: 41301 Time: 22:05:59 Played on Studio. Second to last save is by far the hardest one. I had taken a 16-day-long break and managed to beat it in 2 minutes when I came back. In commemoration of flash, here's my favorite flash game of all time, Commando 2, developed and published by Miniclip in 2008. Back in the day Mission 8 kept me from completing the game since it's basically inevitable that the player will run out of ammo way before the boss is dead which makes the fight the longest in the entire game.
