No matter what the Fatui justify, they are an evil, tyrannical organization with a delusional Tsaritsa at its head. They claim that the gods of Celestia are evil but they also commit evil deeds as well. They have enslaved, brainwashed, tortured, murdered, and terrorized many people. Hi! I'd like to mention that Venti is also based off the Greek Gods Eros and Dionysus Eros is the son of Aphrodite and Ares and he is referred to as the God of love. Eros typically depicted as an attractive, slender, young man with angel wings. Eros is typically seen wielding a Lyre, a bow and in some depictions he also has a whip. He's also often seen alongside his mother, Aphrodite. As we know, Venti is directly related to Istaroth, the God of Time, but Istaroth is not a name recognized in the Ares Goetia. Instead, Astaroth is the closest thing with find. The "Is" is actually referencing Ishtar, a God of Love and War. And lastly, since Mondstadt was under Venti's rule it had since became a romantic city which several NPCs describe Mondstadt as and the Windblume Festival also encourages giving a gift to loved ones whether that be family, friends or lovers. Venti's connection to Dionysus is more obvious considering Venti literally taught Mondstadters how to make wine while being obsessed with Wine himself. Interestingly, both Eros and Dionysus have also been made to be equated with Phanes. Phanes is a God of Light and Goodness and he's often depicted as an androgynous male with wings and a crown

Delusions are so confusing. To me it seems like there are different “series” of Delusions. We have the “original series” the Tsaritsa gives out to the harbingers and most elite Fatui. Then you have what I call the “Orobashi series” which were the ones mass produced in Inazuma and given to the Watatsumi Resistance. They differ in that we don’t know what the Original Series was made from, but the Orobashi Series were all made en masse using crystal marrow and Tatarigami. Then, you have Crepus’s and Signora’s Delusions that work like a delusion but visually appear very different from the more common vision-esque design. There are a lot of contradictions to delusions that start with one of the first statements we ever heard of Delusions. “Delusions are given out personally by the Tsaritsa herself.”. She DOES give out delusions but she’s clearly not the only source. They steal life force but seem to have no effect on the likes of Childe or Signora. Hopefully when we get to Sneznaya we’ll get some solid info on Delusions. Great video!
