Dude. Watched your other video. Smart time to sell, the wait time to get one is almost down to a few months. The supply is definitely catching demand. I dont think its going to tank in value; but the days of selling $20K over ask are gone. You got the car for two years, and will probably break even - smart man.

Hey love the video - you said we could ask questions so Im going to! lol. I just put a deposit down for the 1LT, few options $67K base then comes to $71 after a few add-ons. I'm trying to think if I should do this - which is alot of money for a car, or just get a $40K boxster 2014 to 2016 manual with less then $30K miles. I work from home, dont drive, but I travel a good bit and fell in love with this car after renting it (and I've driven all everything from 911's to m4 competitions - this felt truly unique). I just can think of few things that I would get this much joy out of - and what the point of life if you dont splurge. I wont notice the monthly payment and I make good money (all the rules of thumb put 20% down, make more then double the car, etc.), but I am kind of frugal, this would be the only financially questionable decision I think I've ever made...what do you think?

Let me make it simple, if you want a car that looks great accelerates fine better than any other 4 cylinder cars , good on gas mile’s, safe , fun daily driver , this is your car you like lots of power get and M4 and join a racing club because with daily driving you are not going to do anything with that power and is just going to feel the same way as the 430 , unless you violating traffic rules, cut people and drive like a dangerous maniac. High performance cars are more for hobbies and you just use them on the weekends , this car is a perfect daily driver and fun enough comes with a launch control and if you are a good driver you can do lots of fun things with it and people is going to think you have more power under the hood of what you really have. M4 is sexy ,power and my weekend car , because you are going to be like a little child , racing accelerating on the track ,for your friends, the gas miles is going to be really poor like 10 or less so one day of fun will be at least 3/4 of your gas tank with only a short distance of fun. 🫶🏻

Did you know GM has a class action lawsuit against them for cylinder deactivation? It’s called active fuel management (AFM), and it’s not good for your lifters. Cannot believe they put that crap in the new C8! Research it and find out for yourself!

Surprised you didn’t want to pay the extra $4500 for a 2LT, comes with so much stuff for the money!

I don’t track mine, but the Z51 was a must. The Z51 package along with magnetic ride gives me Performance Track Management, which is impossible to get without both of those options. The Z51 package also includes the performance exhaust, which allows you to adjust the sound note. The higher ratio rear end (5.17) is only available as part of the Z51 package, which helps achieve the quicker launch times.

Your buying a c8 don't get cheap!
