Why don't you train on 22 instead, it'd be cheaper or do you just want him to be used to a more similar cartridge?
I'd say just to be familiar with recoil and the cartridge for sure. I shoot the 6.5 Creedmoor it ain't got much recoil.
Yeah good question. Because he can hunt with the 6 arc for deer and antelope right around where we live.
He’s only 9 years old and on the smaller side so I don’t want him to develop any fear of recoil.

They sell aluminum anode rod replacements for those so you don't have a problem like that again
Atwood / Dometic water heaters do NOT use an anode rod due to the tank construction. They instead use these nylon plugs. DO NOT put an anode rod in a tank not designed for an anode rod.
They built cheap but yet cost 70 grand some bullshit
