      @whitekingcat5118 I agree, mine took a downfall a couple months back and I couldn't keep up with it. It is inevitable, it's just having the time to clean it and look after it enough imo but like you say there's no stopping it as it's a warm darkish place.

    I got a Marauder 125, stock standard, I'm busy Bob jobing it as well, as far as the blinkers are concerned it's best to use Canbus resistors to convert the 21w bulbs to led 2 w system, same goes for the tail light. What looks nice as well are putting red (or any colour) spoke skins and white wall the tyres, they look awesome, I'll be leaving the part of the back fender but will cut it close to the back seat which I'll leave as is. I'm looking for a long straight exhaust pipe, maybe a fish tail even. It would be nice to set up a forum for projects like this, I'm in the UK.

    • @iLikeBewbs69
      @iLikeBewbs69 11 месяцев назад

      Man, thank you! I’ve been struggling with those blinkers! And it’s a good idea to leave some of that fender on there/ build some cool custom fenders. It didn’t take me long to start missing those splash guards lol

    • @BuckWezr
      @BuckWezr 10 месяцев назад

      @@Sammy12346 might be worth a try, but in my limited experience with cinnamon it does very little to help. I either boil the wood for an hour, or "bake" it at 200F for 2 hours, and the mildew thing eventually works itself out. Your best bet is frequent air movement and springtails.

    My terrarium died cause of moss thats why im here trying to find a way to revive it. We just go to a vacation and when i came back theres mold all over the wood i pick up outside not washing it😢

    • @BuckWezr
      @BuckWezr Год назад

      Boiling is not the solution. Wood will mold, period. Springtails are the only way to go, but even they can't stave off massive mold outbreaks. In short, wood needs to be allowed to go through its initial mold phase with springtails present and other plants mostly absent. If the springtails win the battle after a couple weeks, continue finishing the terrarium.

    Anyone with a grain of talent doesn't destroy a unmolested original bike to build something, you build it from parts, youve destroyed a nice machine instead, congratulations, youre an idiot.

    • @mywhatahampster
      @mywhatahampster Год назад

      Dunno kinda think you might be the idiot. Every customized bike was at one point a stock bike and there’s tens of thousands out there that are absolutely amazing. Sure these kids aren’t professional, they’re chopping things up and don’t seem to have the slightest clue what they’re doing, but dude they’re kids… and you literally have nothing better to do than insult them. Pathetic. Plus it’s a GZ250 it’s not ever going to be a highly sought after bike so let these kids chop it up and hopefully learn something along the way.

    I'm gutted that you lost your build footage as I am thinking about chopping my GZ. The bike looks mean as though! If I did the same thing to my bike do you think it would be easy to remount the original seat though? I like the look of a spring seat but I can't imagine that it's very comfortable.

    • @iLikeBewbs69
      @iLikeBewbs69 2 года назад

      Lol it’s definitely not that comfy but I went cheap instead of functional unfortunately. I’m sure it would be much more comfortable if you shell out some cash on a nice seat. The back fender has a latch for the original seat so you’d have to re mount that but it wouldn’t be hard to keep the original too

    I'm confused and halfway offended, as a professional bobber builder, Yes I have my own shop..... Because it says it's a Bobber yet all you did was remove the fenders and put a homemade platform on it.... a Bobber, by defination, is a single seat motorcycle that has had the frame shortened (Bobbed) in the rear with shortened (Bobbed) fenders and striped down to barebones with no side covers leaving everything exposed. It's a very nice customized bike but it's NOT a Bobber. Throwing a Bobber seat on a bike and hacking off the exhaust doesn't make it a Bobber. In order for it to be Bobber the frame and fenders has to be shortened.

      @@iLikeBewbs69 It's a cool bike, and it would make a GREAT lil commuter bike for a High school/College kid and even a young adult starting out in the work force, I give it an 8 maybe 8 and half out of 10, it's just not a Bobber. People need to relearn what a "Bobber" is, just because it's a customized bike with a Bobber style seat doesn't make it a bobber, for it to be a Bobber you have atleast shorten or "Bob" the rear frame and the fenders, I personally like using fenders on my builds too because when you take off the front fenders and ride in rain your getting pelleted in the face by water in the font and it feels like someone is pissing up your back from the back, it literally don't much to stop that plus it gives you more to customize and look cool.

  • @THECOVEN92
    @THECOVEN92 4 года назад

    Hey man your bike looks awesome, I’m planning to do the same. Exhaust, springer seat, fenders, relocation of lights etc. The reason for the seat is due to my height. The stock seat is like a booster seat to me. I’m small statured, I’m 4’11. So I’m hoping when I put on this seat it will lower my seat height cause I’m not flat footed when I sit on the bike. But in your video you hit top topics that people plan to do with there gz250. So keep it coming btw can you copy and past the link you purchased the seat from. Ty 😀

    • @iLikeBewbs69
      @iLikeBewbs69 3 года назад

      I think I got the seat on eBay but it was about a year ago. I just searched “bobber motorcycle seat”. Also, lowering your bike could help a lot. There are adjustments on most bikes to lower them before having to make major adjustments.
