Very smooth and natural sounding and no horn colouration that i can hear

I was simply blown away by the horn loudspeaker demo from our local dealer SG Live Acoustics. To my ears I consider their system setup to be one of the best if not the best sounding in this year ISSE held in Singapore. Even without any active subwoofer I am very impressed with the extended bass coming from the 12” passive woofer. They really hit hard and tight I can really feel it in my chest. It's so punchy yet not boomy found in most box speakers or even active subwoofers. The Fostex high frequency and horn midrange driver are equally impressive. There is so much sonic detail, air and organic sound with good midrange that the vocals sounded like true to life. I am not a fan of Indian music but I enjoyed immensely listening from this speakers which they demo. I was astonished to learn that the horn loudspeakers were driven only with 8w of power by tube integrated amp [AS-135]/preamp [AS-129] setup from Line Magnetic. If a blind test was conducted, one might guess that it is playing from some very high end brands of speakers and amplifiers.

Darn, I didn't want it to be true, but Fostex T500A MkII seems to present a creamier, more "tube-harmonic-like" treble presentation. Doesn't mean it's more accurate or measures better, but at least here subjectively preferred..

Depending on the position of the tweeter on the main speaker you have to deal with comb filter effects that to more harm than good.

Pity me & my friends didn’t get to listen to this setup even though we were in this room. We sat in there for like 5 to 10 mins waiting for the music to play but it didn’t happen. So we left the room & never came back.

I have the SDFB with the Graphene Sluggo in my Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista 600 amplifier (replacing a QSA Yellow fuse) and like it a lot. Now I plan to replace the SR Purple fuse in the Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE dac, but not sure if I should order a SDFB with a Graphene sluggo again, or a copper or brass.... as some people suggest a graphene in a R2R dac might be not the best match. Any ideas, suggestions, experience?

The Graphene Sluggo coupled with the Swiss Design Fuse Box is possibly the single greatest investment/upgrade I have made in over 40 years of HiFi pursuit. ATC speakers no less......had the SCM19V2, but didn't work for me. Went with Harbeth C7ES-3, albeit it's work in progress.😢

Funny. Very close to the front wall, is how the average audiophile has to place their speakers in their rooms. Most of us, under real-life conditions, simply don't have to space in our rooms to set our speakers 6 feet and beyond out into the room like what you commonly see at high end audio shows.

Thanks for the comparison, always nice to be able to "test" hear, even if it is on RUclips. I can hear the difference in my desktop headphone setup, and I clearly prefer the Swiss Digital Fuse Box.

About to order one as well. Since I need 5 Sluggos in my Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista 600 amplifier, not sure if I want to go straight for the Graphene Sluggo (Rodium sold out, Graphene apparently better according to Vera-Fi), or just with the Standard Super Sluggo?

You can hear the reverb in the room acoustics change the sound more than some voodoo cable. You audiophiles are funny..... mix engineer producer with many releases under his belt here. if you knew the state of cables etc in the studio compared with audiophile hoodo voodoo you would realise that taking a photo of a polaroid picture can not improve the quality

These audio samples totally SUCKED! Did not show in the slightest any significant improvement. This was nothing informative. Worst sounding $100,000 hifi setup I HAVE EVER HEARD! At best this is a negative review! 👎🤮
