After having my son in 1995, I struggled to get my weight under control. When I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own, I hired a personal trainer. I was amazed at the difference having a personal trainer made in my ability to reach my goals. I realized then that I wanted to help other people reach their fitness goals. That's what inspires me to become a personal trainer.
In 2007 I decided to begin serious weight training and in 2009 I entered my first figure competition, where I took 1st place. I started my personal training business in 2010. I won my Pro Figure Card in 2011 and also my Pro Bikini Card in 2016. I still compete on a regular basis and this year (2022) I decided to challenge myself again and started Powerlifting.
I train clients at the Riverwalk Athletic Club and I'm working on expanding my business online to help even more people reach their healthy and best self.

I love how gym's are transforming into really exciting places these days, I have a gym near me, that is three colours, black, with yellow and white highlights around the open area. The gym equipment has the same highlights, and the entire thing just feels fit for purpose. I feel honored every time I go there! lol. But hey, when ya feel like crap, walking into a gym like this reminds you to get your game face on and get after it!. I got to get to gym now and come back and watch the rest of this video!.
@MrBennyrick77 each gym has its own unique atmosphere. From the raw steel old equipment to the high end marble floors. There is always a gym somewhere to fit your needs. You should check out my Arnold video too, it's truly a masterpiece

Hi and thanks for watching. Yes I feel the muscle connection much better. For me it just works, there is no way to get momentum or swing the weights like you see a lot of people doing.
