The Fighting Game with UNLIMITED Characters
In this video, my friend and I play through Rivals of Aether, a game similar to Super Smash Bros, but with modded characters. With these mods, we were able to play as Goku, Spongebob, Springtrap from Five Nights at Freddy's, Mario and SO MANY More. We also ran into some INSANELY Broken Characters like Ronald McDonald and George Costanza from Seinfeld. RoA is to Smash is what Mugen is to other fighting games
Rivals.. Cute. Come back when you've made a 600-character MUGEN roster of just Ronald McDonald and Colonel Sanders reskins.
Or when you have so many characters on your roster, the P1 and P2 indicators look like flashing lights in a sea of pixels.
Why does Finn and Jake fighting Springtrap make sense lowkey
"the fighting game with UNLIMITED characters" is MUGEN/IKEMEN. "the PLATFORM fighting game with UNLIMITED characters" is what you meant.

"Unlimited fighting game" at this point everyone is either gonna think Rivals of Aether or MUGEN/IKEMEN. Any in-between is often obscure.

@@BRD-Senpai Ohhhh, I remember it was a MUGEN game that was similar to something like Nijikaku? I remember people calling it Knuckle Fighter X or am I just misremembering it?
@@OpiupAlmaManiac nijikaku runs on mugen, knuckle fighter is a whoooole other beast
@@BRD-Senpai I remembered it required Javascript to run so it was definitely unique on it's own.

springtraps recovery is actualyl a teleport, but you have to set it up by placing the CD first on stage, otherwise yea, his recovery is bad

Yeah it's overall better for Smash-style, but MUGEN and its forks (like IKEMEN) are way better for traditional fighting games and can customize way more stuff. ROA is great though, don't get me wrong.
