Not just because of this lame ps5 pro announcement, I would stay away from Sony stock. Looks like it’s been trading sideways for years, also if you are serious about considering the stock you gotta look at all the other components of the company. I was waiting for the PS5 Pro before getting into the PS5, but at that price I’m rock in with my PC, I just gotta wait for some of the games to come to steam.

My 3 cents, if we talking about new stuff, is to collect ps5 games for VR 2, because VR2 is a failure and vr2 games library is small and its gonna stays small so potentially those games could up in price in the future.

its deeper than that. there's a bigger company out there (blackrock) that wants to control the narrative of games and media thru pushing G@Y AZZ games. they got all the money in the world and will spend that money for that long game to pv$$ify everyone. You do it long enough it becomes a norm because freedom fighters like us will eventually die off.

I don't want no politics or preaching in my games, I don't want non physical console games and I don't wanna see the Prof running round with no 3 titties. I just want a good, fun gaming experience. Get back to what the best old school games offered as far as gameplay while updating graphics and innovating gameplay/mechanics. That's the recipe to making money.

I heard in some groups that retail stores that have physical copies of the game are supposed to pull them from the shelves and send them back to the manufacturer. No one except a small subsection of collectors going for complete libraries will even be looking concord. It may have some value, but nowhere near the levels it’s at now.

I love playstation as a brand and studio, but this is insane. Like people buying this for pure speculation, nobody wanted this game and I don't see why since the disc is useless. It will just be like MAG for the PS3 worth $5 after all the hype cools down

The Concord controller looks aight in a retro Atari game fashion, but that upcoming Astro Bot controller looks more fly and worth getting at. But even the Astro Bot controller already reached scalping ass prices. It does NOT have offline play function, so its basically voucher on a CD. For example Fortnite physical version will be always on high value because you can play offline with bots, so even for nostalgia reason you will be able to play it without active servers.

As for Series X, I used to hope that Seagate would release a 4TB expansion card thinking I would need it for all the great 100gb games that would be developed, but I eventually realized I don’t even need a 1TB expansion card as I don’t like enough new games. Instead, I bought an external HD for my Series X and filled it with o.g. Xbox and Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

The next gen is definitely gonna have reprints like crazy. Developers are already complaining about the time it takes to make games and the risk of putting out new IPs. The easy solution is gonna be to reprint/remaster confirmed desirable games. Its gonna be out of control.

It won't be the same game per say if they change copyright info and all that. Depending on the game, they may also remove sexual/"inappropriate" content, change music around (if they no longer have the rights) as well as anything that might cause epilepsy. I don't fear reprints because I don't suffer from FOMO any more haha.

The only thing I regret is not coming up with the idea of creating limited run games myself! They have a license to print unlimited $$$ and they are definitely using it! The new engine they got is called the carbon engine and now they are just copy and pasting old retro games and laughing themselves to sleep each night cause they making so much cash they can't even count it all. The LRG team of 20 accountants can't even keep up 😂

I bought Lollipop Chainsaw [X360] & [CIB] on Facebook Marketplace for $20 almost 3 years ago. I won't be letting go nor selling my copy because I got it signed by Tara Strong at Fan Expo Chicago 2023. Lollipop Chainsaw RePop running on the current RE Engine would be pretty cool, though. 😎

I disagree with you. I think not too many people are going to pick this up physically cause the only area you can buy it is limited run. Best Buy ain’t getting this sh*t, therefore less prints… I believe it will have less prints than the OG ver. But who am I to tell Professor Joe what’s rare and what’s not. And limited run copy pre orders close tonight. It’s the repop, not the lollipop.

I don't think the original version will drop much in price if at all. Maybe temporarily. It will prob rise again because the remaster cut almost all the original music and changed one of the voice actors for one of the bosses. The music alone is gonna make the original stay collectable. Plus the new one is limited run release so there isn't gonna be that many copies out there, thus still making it rare. If you have an original copy and you want to sell right now, don't.

In a perfect world, it should have just been ported with all the licensed music and little to no graphical changes imo
