Hello Tony, Do you offer templates for boards? Thank you, Nanik
These automations are great. I’ve been trying to set up boards for maintenance jobs myself. How do you get the input? Does the tenant fill a form describing the issue? How do you develop in them the habit to send email or form and not call/text the company? Would you be able to share the board that you use?
How easy is it for the guys to input info while on the road using tablet? They usually are straight forward and don’t bother with little details like click here and there to be able to tell what has been done.
Very easy. They can even dictate instead of typing

When trying to replicate the Frequency automations here the only option I get is the "Then set Due Date to today" I can't add the "plus 7 days" andy ideas why @Doorpreneur?

Great video as always. It was my understanding that only people within your Monday team can view linked data. How are your tenants able to view move out photos & inspection report?
There are a couple ways to do this. 1. You use an outside link that links tong drive or Dropbox. 2. We use integromat to do real attachements. Both work well. I recommend #1 for ease of use.
This video is good. Explains some thing as it should be done. BUT PLEASE CORRECT THE AUDIO, it has so little volume and so many volume changes. Maybe re-record the voice with a good microphone is a solution
@Doorpreneur - Thanks for sharing all of this information. I'm a multi-family owner and I've been using Monda.com for about a year on a very basic level. I'd like to start building out my boards to be more functional, automated, and encompassing. Did you hire a monday.com consultant to build this out for you? If so, please provide a recommendation. I'm trying to add the command to re create but it keeps adding it as a "New Item" and not the existing name. Is there something I'm missing?

@@pestauthority-goldenisles9910 I am having the same problem. Not sure what setting you have in your create new item automation.
1. You should choose this automation: When status changes to something create an item in board. 2. if you fill the board first, item values come with their old value to update. You can keep or erase the old values.
