We have a no friends and family policy at our apartment buildings so I agree with you to a point. But if someone is 22 years old and not a full time landlord, renting a few rooms out in the house they live in to a few friends would be a good way to start.

The easiest way and what we always do is replace the kitchen faucet with a Classic Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet in Chrome from Home Depot for $89.00. Other than that you can Google your particular brand.

He paid the title company money and they “insured” the property against liens, other owners and easements running through the center of the property. The bolts are probably too long. The base of the cap goes up under the nut and the top snaps onto it. If the bolts to long it can’t snap on. Hope that helps.
