Not sure if you mean that in a good or bad way, but yes I understand the audio quality and am actively working on it for future videos.

I appreciate the feedback. I'm getting super frustrated with the audio aspect and will make sure in the next video I take as much time with the audio as I can. I really want to bring you guys the best product possible, I mean that.

​​@@NOWHEREFOUNDANOMALY you want all of your sound to be between -18 and -12 db. When I do sound, I like to make -6 the ceiling and -14 the floor. It's incredibly easy to boost everything, and keep everything within your chosen parameters - use a hard limiter, make sure you pay attention to the wavelengths (both as you record and while you edit together clips/fx). It's hella easy in Audition to make this happen - even after you've exported your video, but Premiere also has the option to "Edit audio in Audition", linking everything and porting over the video. Most (if not all) editing programs feature some kind of audio meter or editing capabilities.

@@NOWHEREFOUNDANOMALY no worries, mayne. Sometimes you have to edit the wavelengths, if you only use the trick I told you - to get rid of the fuzz digitally raising and lowering things causes. If you want to get technical - when you record, you want to record your audio with a goal of -6; you can change it with the master volume on your track, or you can change it by turning the physical volume knob. For each added sound effect: put them all on their own tracks; double-click to open them in "wavelength view" (I think it's called); you can edit them on their own to bring the volume down. This is guessing you're using a multitrack editor. You can also look at each track's volume (solo the clip/track) and adjust it so the volume keeps the entire track at a comfortable level - background music under any important narration should be -18 to -12, depending (moment in the narration or chosen song); big, important noises should peak at -6, but never overtake your narration (the narration is key, it's the star). The best thing to do is adjust your physical volume knob and find a comfortable place for your microphone, so you're always coming in between -12 and -6. This will then be treated as your ceiling - you want to treat the narration as the star, so make it the loudest and priority in your soundscape.
