Your doctor wasn’t experienced enough to remove your endo. You need to see an experienced Endo Specialist. I have a friend with stage four who was just operated on. She was in surgery for 5 hours and had three surgeons, an Endo surgeon, bowel and bladder surgeons. They even found Endo in her chest cavity. It is two months now nd she is almost healed. She said she has no pain. They removed 99% of her endo. It is a very specialized surgery. I live in Canada and there are only a few Endo specialists here. Her specialist is starting to teach Gynechologists how to read a special ultrasound which can detext Endo. He is an amazing doctor. Good luck. I hope you find someone who can help you. I also have endo and wasn’t diagnosed until age 68 as I couldn’t get a doctor believe my complaints. I m now 78, but still have pain in my abdomen nd chest cavity, but will have to live with it now.
