I install my saddle lights and when brake it flashes like hazard lights. Everything else works but that? Any advice…?
That’s the design of some brands unfortunately. I would definitely return them and find some that become bright red when you brake. I have no idea why some companies make them do that. There is nothing wrong with them just fyi. Return them and go with a different brand.

I got the same kit. Did you need to cut wires or add some? And does the odometer get hit when making sharp left turns?
There is no need to cut the wires, just put the light panel directly on the dashboard. It will not be hit when turning.
