hey there! thought it'll be fun to do a video on what i eat in a week. after going to the gym regularly for about 3 months, i learnt that eating enough protein is important to build muscles and support muscle recovery. so in this vlog, i'm showing what i eat as someone trying to start a high protein diet! hope you enjoyed this video, and let me know if you want more high protein (& low calorie) recipes!

Back when i was unemployed i would often search job for more than 8hours constantly improving my cv to tailor for each company. You are doing it wrong.

how was the weather like?
the weather was great! averaged about low 20s degrees celcius so it was generally a comfortable weather, but there were a few days where it was quite cold (lower 10s)/hot (high 20s)!
I wanna do solo trip too but I’m scared hahaha
understandably so!! I was also scared before I went on my solo trip hahaha but I turned out all right :') I guess some tips from me would be to: 1. do a lot of research and planning beforehand of places to visit, what to expect, and how you will get from place to place so you feel more prepared! (I watched guides and solo travel vlogs, and saved a lot of solo-friendly food places on social media) 2. join activities that allow you to meet other people (personally i signed up for a language school, but you can also stay in a hostel, or sign up for other group activities like airbnb experiences/day tours) so you feel less lonely! 3. take precautions for your safety (e.g. bringing a portable door lock, being more aware of your surroundings when alone, making sure that no one is following you when you head back to your accommodation) hope you get to go on your solo trip soon!! :)

Do you recommend any korean study books?
unfortunately i haven’t used many korean study books to recommend (i mainly learned korean by watching kdramas, variety shows and kpop content), but i did enjoy studying with the sogang books this time as i find that they explain grammar uses quite well!
How much did the convenience store food cost?
one kimbap and banana milk costed about USD3+!
