Guys - you made some good points in this episode about culture AND if we can add a couple of more pieces to your work - the three (3) ingredients of a company culture - are: Your Values (what you and your people believe in); Your Processes (how we do things around here) and Your Agreements: (if we bring and live our Values to work with us and if we do things the right way - the Zion Way - what is in it for us? Our Agreements: we get to do what we love to do with a purpose with people and customers we like to to work with and in doing this we make some money to take care of our families and the families of our people and our customers. If you need a reference as to "who is this guy and how does he know these things? - you can ask Chuck about us. We have built many winning cultures in our industry over the years and we know these things work. You are on the right track.
