I think Macclesfield Town Council should invest in a new mask for their new Lone Ranger - maybe the one they’ve provided hasn’t got large enough eye-holes.

I can see why this has not got many comments, if I was in the very right lane at this location I would be heading for Tesco or Bollington. The Council van was in the second lane which is for going straight on, as you cross the roundabout the only thing I could see wrong was he did not indicate to go in to the far right lane. I would never use the third lane to go straight on. others may beg to differ.
The right hand lane approaching the Tesco roundabout is marked with arrows indicating straight ahead for through traffic or turning right. If you intend to drive up Hibel Road on the right it is the correct lane to be in. Drivers choosing to use the middle lane to go straight ahead is fine - that too is marked with a through arrow - however, once those vehicles exit the roundabout they should stick in the left hand lane or - after checking their mirror - indicate before moving over to the right hand lane if it's safe to do so. I assume the driver failed to check his mirror and failed to indicate - if I hadn't had my wits about me we would have collided. If we had collided the video would have proved he was driving without due care and consideration.
