Some of the comments I see in here. Commenters confused with the error fault description. That's all.

That is very strange because when E1 is on the screen mine would not work at all it is a shame it's doing that but at least it still works if it's still under warranty get the company to send out a new controller that will solve the problem

Try pulling the rubber grip away from the throttle lever so it's not touching it this should help

And make sure the on and off button is working properly

I don't think this scooter will go that fast I get 45kph it's limited to 25kph from the factory but if you pull the throttle round full and pull in thefront break and hold for 30 seconds it will go 45kph hope this was some help

@@Wyldee1well let's say you did buy it only take it light off road and avoid every pothole in the road if needs be even slow down as you go over them it is a good scooter has very respectable range and speed just watch out for pot holes what ever you doing get 25 miles from 1 change which is very good to me and keep an eye on the wheel bolt tend to want to unwind and come loose
