The trumpet shall sound! And the dead shall be raised!
I used to listen to this over and over when I was practicing for a project in college. My dad asked why I liked it. I just love it. Always will.
Amazing voice - one of the very best.
I wonder if anyone ever told the soprano (or whoever) sitting behind the trumpeter that she should check her social media some other time....
A voice of beauty, strength and majesty difficult to express. Absolute applause.
GORGEOUS!
Just simply magnificent. This bass is second to none 👌🏿👌🏿
Bonjour, malheureusement cette vois superbe est polluée par des bruits de fond, a se demander si cela n'est pas fait exprès pour pérjorer un artiste extraordinaire, mais black.
Your name pls
The Nut Cracker and Messiah are two of my Christmas favorites. So many undulations in the voice. I wonder how these were written into the music.
Awesome voice. Lot's of training and practice for sure.
Once again proving that black people have to be better than everyone else just to be allowed to do it at all. Sadly the more things change the more they stay the same. Yes, some forward movement but not all that much! He is as perfect as a human can be performing this.
Beautiful open fullness of sound, but there are a couple of funny glitches that can be heard, like little falsetto cracks.
This soloist was absolutely among the best I'd heard! He really put feeling into the song!
What a moving rendering of this aria!
Amazing 👏👏👏
The way he slightly noods and smiles in the end when he sings "we shall be changed" ist marevllous, as if he was truly convinced of it and wanted to invite everyone be truly transformed.
🎉🎉🎉
No one sings this as well as Mr.Burton,i've listened to many in the past year.
We all heard the voice crack at 1:27, right...?
Where can we find your recording?
I Corinthians 15:5-53- Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. (KJV)
Such a voice! 😅
Wow….just wow!!!!!!
This is so beautiful ❤️
After many years,I continue to listen and enjoy. To God be all the glory
Simply stunning..... 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Nice one, Dashon. Looking forward to 'Thou Shalt Break Them' from you.
One doubt: why do singers pronounce the letter "r" so exagerated?
Agree about Burton
Wow Master well Done
Very Impressive
Great voice!
He give s me shivers listening because he's absolutely BRILLIANT !
A superb rendition of the trumpet song of Handel's Messiah, I would argue this is the highlight of Handel's great work.
Excellent Trumpet too.
What a wonderful performance. This Guy is the best of all, you want to listen to him every second. 😊
Wowwww what a voice! God is absolutely awesome to have created these phenomenal voices. I am awestruck
Good projection, powerful baritone a good rendition indeed. I love it.
Very beautiful.
He has an absolutely amazing powerful and clear voice. Excellent rendition.
Absolutely outstanding!!! Bravo! 🙏💕🐣🤙🏽
Marvellous and enthusiastic singing….Happy Easter!
.....who sent me this wonderful rendition of the Trumpet song from Handel's Messiah, on Easter Saturday. Truly a gift from God, God Blessed!
Powerful voice with authority! The trumpet is in a class of its own, echoes with the soloist perfectly!
The string bass player is rocking this one!
Wonderful! I have played this a number if times, good times and bad. The best was wonderful, the worst was when the singer got out by 1/2 a bar and warning bells went off in my head. I couldn't understand what had gone wrong and apologized to the conductor who said 'It wasn't you it was the singer". Haven't played it since!
Spot-On!!
Most powerful!
great voice
wow! What a magnificent voice and presence! Diction beyond perfection! I want to hear more
