Fluffiest eggless pancakes 🥞 Ingredients: 1 Cup wholewheat flour 1 Cup milk 2 tbs vinegar 1/4 Cup jaggery powder 1 tbs baking powder 1/2 tbs baking soda 1 ths vanilla essence 1 tbs Ghee/Butter How to make 💡: 🍓 Add milk & vinegar to a bowl & let it sit for 10mins. Do not stir!! 🍓 After 10mins, buttermilk will be ready, now sift flour, jaggery powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence, ghee/butter to the buttermilk. 🍓 Mix well to get thick consistency. 🍓 Heat pan, brush some butter & pour the batter!! 🍓 Cook on a low flame for a minute, flip it & cook for one more minute. Fluffiest pancakes are now ready to be served. Drizzle some honey, add fruits pf choice & enjoy!!!

Yummiest oats smoothie recipe Ingredients: 6 Almonds 6 cashew 1 Date 1 tbs chia seeds 1 tbs flaxseeds 1 cup oats 🥝 Soak all the ingredients mentioned above in water overnight. 🥝 Blend the soaked mixture & pour to a bowl. 🥝 Garnish with fruits of choice, mixed seeds pr granola & honey/ maple syrup & enjoy!!

How to make jowar roti 💡 🌾 Take a pan, add 1 cup of water & bring to boil. 🌾 Now add 1 cup of sieved jowar flour, let it cook for 1 min on high flame. Now turn off the flame, close the lid & let it cool. 🌾 Once it cool, transfer the dough to bowl & knead well, add water if required. 🌾 Take a small dollop from the dough and start rolling the ball with very light pressure to soft rotis. 🌾 Once roti is made, cook it on hot tawa on high flame and don’t forget to apply water on the top using wet muslin cloth. 🌾 once you see bubbles on the roti, flip it & cook for 1 min. Repeat the process & cook the edges using cloth. Serve this with your favourite palya & enjoy. Pro tip: While making the roti, don’t flip & roll as you do for wheat chapati, only one side should be rolled. And that side should be on dorsal side while cooking on tawa.

One pot pulao recipe 🍽️ Ingredients: 2 Bay leaves 2 cinnamon sticks 1 tbs urad daal 1 tbs jeera 1/2 tbs turmeric 1 tbs coriander powder Salt 1 onion 1 tomato 1 carrot 50gm beans 1/2 cup spinach Coriander leaves 3 green chilies 1/2 inch ginger 4 garlic cloves 2 tbs ghee 1 glass rice 2 glass water 💡how to make? ⭐️Add spinach, coriander, garlic, ginger, green chillies & blend well to get smooth paste. ⭐️ Now to a cooker add ghee, all the kadha masalas, jeera, onions and let them caramelise. Now add all the veggies, salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, close the lid & let it cook for 5 mins. ⭐️ Add spinach paste to the cooker, along with rice, mix well & pressure cook till 3 whistles. Now your delicious green vegetable pulao is ready to be served. Enjoy with raita.

Ingredients: Okra/ Bhindi 1 Cup curd 1 tbs Besan 1 tbs Garam masala 1/4 tbs jeera 1 tbs Dhaniya powder 1 tbs red chilly powder 1/2 tbs turmeric powder Salt to taste Kasturi methi 1 chopped onion Recipe: Start by chopping some washed okra or Bhindi. Heat ghee or oil in a kadai, fry the Bhindi along with little salt, until they are soft. Now chop some onions and keep aside. For Dahi mixture, add salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder & all the masala’s as you like to curd and mix well. Now add tablespoons of Besan and give it good mix. Now in a pan heat some ghee, add jeera, onions and fry till they are caramelised. Add Dahi mixture and cook till all separates. Add fried Bhindi, mix well and garam masala and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Now add Kasturi methi close the lid and keep for while. Pro tip: make sure to mix plane curd well so that there are no lumps. By doing this curd wont get spoiled while making Sabzi

Ingredients: 4 apples 🍎 1 &1/4 cup dark chocolate Recipe: Start by peeling the apples ( I forgot to peel in the video, hence pass the paste through sieve later) & roughly chop them. Cook the apples till they are mushy & soft. Now blend the cooked apples along with melted chopped to smooth consistency. Refrigerate this for about 5-6hrs or overnight. I have topped it up with some cherries 🍒. You can also dust some cocoa powder or pomegranate or enjoy it just as it!! . Enjoy!! . . .

Ingredients: 🌱 A cup of sprouted Horsegram 🌱 A cup of chopped coriander 🌱 5-6 Garlic cloves 🌱 Half inch ginger (optional) 🌱Salt 🌱 1/2tbs Cumin powder 🌱 1/2tbs Coriander Powder 🌱3 tbs Chickpea flour For beetroot raita: 🌱1/2 Boiled & grated beetroot 🌱A cup of curd 🌱 Half cup of grated cucumber & carrots 🌱 1 tbs of groundnut chutney 🌱 Salt Recipe: Blend coarsely all the ingredients mentioned above. Add all the spices, mix well & make small balls. Brush some oil and air fry at 200 degrees for 10mins or shallow fry them. . . .
