Just for context, Nannies are kind of common in the PH, because it’s a poorer country so households are typically 2-income. There’s also very little gender gap when it comes to societal roles and work opportunities, education, etc. So growing up, I didn’t know anyone who had a stay-at-home mom, and even I had a nanny too. You see all these videos of foreigners from the Middle East or Asia coming to the Philippines to reunite with their Filipino Nannies because they made such an impact on their lives, like their second moms. If you had a good one, it’s that meaningful. Conversely, if you had an abusive one like Josh did, it’s also that much more traumatic - no different from being abused by a parent. 😢

I think the one thing that Rose didn't admit to, understandably, is that the reason why this is called the number one girl is that she was probably going through a phase to where very few people were picking her as Blackpink's bias. In other words, they weren't picking her as their number one. I know I watch a lot of reaction videos and until about a year ago, it was almost always Lisa or Jennie that everybody was picking as their bias. Rosie and Jisoo were rarely picked. cuz then the song she's not only asking for all of us to like her, she's asking to be number one
