None climbing rides around le Bourg-d'Oisans!
Went to Bourg with grand plans but sometimes the best laid plans go awry.
Luckily there is enough to do and ride to to keep you somewhat entertained. Rides to Allemont, Lac du Verney and eventually a tiny bit of climbing to Lac Chambon.

This race had it all! From a new sprinter winning to ridiculous team tactics from the favourites. It all helped create the best and closest edition of the Women's Tour.

Doesn't matter where he goes, he tends to fly. The Tour maybe the biggest, but there is more to life than just winning the Tour. Its why we love Pogi!
Unpopular view, but his best discipline is XC MTB; light weight, decent power, and good technically which adds up to a great XC rider.
I don't it's that unpopular! It's currently where with seen the best and most consistent Pidcock. He was born to be on an MTB. Hopefully we start to see more on the road with increased focus on it.

Pog didn't ride a bad TT in 2023, he put time into everyone....except Vingegaard, who rode an unbelievable TT.
I agree but a normal Pogačar would have been closer to Vingegaard than he was. It was the beginning of the end for his GC bid.

Hey bro, was it a confirmed case of Hoffa’s pad ? Did you cure it via exercises? I am struggling with it for a long time. Please advise.
Hello mate, it was confirmed as Hoffa pad injury. The physio I had explained that mine was caused by having no Hamstring strength. Since this little series I've barely noticed my knee so it might be worth a try. Ofc I'd suggest going to a doc/ physio yourself to get it checked. Hope this helps and good luck wiry the recovery.

Jay Hindley auf top fünf bei Tour der france 2023? Es wäre besser gewesen den Giro zu fahren als die Tour. Das neue Buch von Ralph Denk ist überraschenderweise ein paar Tage vor der Tour auf den Markt gekommen. Unglaublich Spannend Wer liest sowas? Über den Amateur Bereich lästern. Er meint es kommen keine Nachwuchs Fahrer nach. Welch Großartige Erkenntnis. Bei seinem Heimatverein Götting Bruckmühl macht der Ralph auch nichts mehr

What are your thoughts on the Vanderpoel Van Aert break away?
MVDP was overtrained post Giro, lesson learnt from Alpecin. Breakaway was a bit of Showmanship before pulling out. For WvA, it was a clear Jumbo wanted to use the satellite rider play in a big way. Worked a treat!

A very rare occasion 😉 I don't think anyone expected the daily satellite riders. Or that WvA would race hard for 21 days without a bad day.

Well, this aged great.. Green jersey and dobbel barrel gunned the yellow jersey of Pogacar.. 7 stages left with the Pyrenees ahead.. Jumbo and Emirates dropping domestics all over the place.. 2 minutes separating the leaders.. Who has the most matches to burn, this last week.. Most exciting Tour in history, and with still Pyrenees and time travel left, it ain’t over untill the fat lady sings.. My money is on Vingegaard..
You know the amazing thing about previews/ predictions is that they are either right or wrong. I don't have a crystal ball so I just talk through what I think could happen. FYI, my money is on Vingegaard too. Like I said he'd be their best bet anyway.

Thanks! I know it's not the excellent production of other RUclips channels but I do it for fun and nice when some people take an interest in my ramblings. As for the race, it's in the balance between the break and peloton. Realistically they need 1.30 to stand any chance.

So they've chosen Nathan van Hooydonck over Rohan Dennis. I guess Dennis' form and health made it an easy decision in the end but I think they are a climber light. Roglic and Vingegaard will be heavily reliant on Kruijswijk and Kuss given how WvA and Benoot climbed at the Dauphine. It's a team for the first week, build a gap over Pogacar and hope to hang on.

He was where I thought he would be, push MVDP close but ultimately MVDP wins by a bike length or 2. Today's sprint day I see him being Top 5-10.
