Hi, now i have one issue same as this. first error the lmc missing, software at demo state and after cannot find dongle, is the machine could still work in the future or we need to change for a new one , any suggestions???thankyou sir. by the way im here at Doha Qatar working in a advertising company.

hi, yes we did some driver installation and restore , actually im watching your videos when this issue came to me last september 2024,. so , my team did changes on os we change whole system into windows 11 64bit, but still not fixed then we used the old system using windows7 32bit, again we failed. this fiber laser machine is from china but our supplier is from Dubai, the one we contact there was unable to fix also. the version of the software is Ezcad2.14.10.

Hi. I have a MFP 20L C2NN4 and when i bought the machine the seller told me that i dont need to push fiber laser emitter all the way to the galvo head, but i saw you u pushed it all the way on 3:50 .So, what is correct way to do it? is there any tutorial? And also when u are aligning fiber laser beam wiht red laser 3:59 do you fire one dot in the center and then align it with the red laser or there is another way? thank you in advance
Hi,you can push the laser emitter all the way to the galvo head or leave some space between them.It doesn't matter.It's better to follow the advice of your seller because they know their machine better. As for the alignment,we didn't install a filed lens at that time so we can't fire the laser.We do emit the laser through the software in order to align it with red laser.First we fix the laser emitter and emit laser,then we align the red laser with fiber laser beam.The fiber laser beam is unvisible so we need use a small plate made of some material which can make the laser dot appear.So we can align them.

@@wasco035 Yeah I talked to my friend who is an engineer of laser marking machine.He told me that you can leave some spaces between laser emitter and galvo head too.But he would like to push it all the way to prevent dust from entering the laser emittering since there are many lenses in the laser emitter.I advised you to follow seller's advice because I don't know if your hardware is same with mine.

Do you mean how to set parameter for a different size lens？
Yes, you have shown that you chose 110 mm
@@kristupaskarcemarskas6886 It's simple,you only need to change the field size.For example,if you want to install a 200mm field lens,you input 200mm as field size in the parameter setting.

the trandormador you are calling at minute 4:21 calls what? the red dot that is at the fiber output that you adjust to 10:22?
4:21 is a 5V power adapter for laser pointer.It's a power supply for the laser pointer at 10:22.

Hello, where do you connect the power to the red dot on the head? what you installed at minute 3:36. Does it connect to a power source or does it have a transformer to convert from 24 to 5v?
Yes we use a 24 to 5v adapter to power the red pointer.
Sorry It's a 220V to 5V adapter.

Hello! I am still receiving message "Can not find a valid lmc device!" while laser marking. So it starts ok, even engrave ok, and during the process, it keeps engraving but appears this message. I am usually listening to "connect & disconnect" usb port sound of windows. Why? Thank you!
Please check the your usb cable connection.Check usb connecton in cabinet also.

hello, i have the lmcusb_ipg_ CO2 version 2016. i now have an ASUS VivoBook Flip 14. Please let me know what i must do to get this version to work. I also have windows 7 running on a Virtual System incase it requires the older OS. But when i plug into computer with Virtual Windows 7 i cannot see the dongle and Lase says Unknown Device on both Windows 10 and Windows 7. Please help if you can thank you!

Likai, I have recently acquired a 20W fiber laser from a guy . He showed me that it was working before i brought it home. Now i am trying to install it. But i get the usual dongle message on the EZCAD2. Lightburn wont even find it . Model Number SH-F20, SKU USB-2OW2-US . could you shed some light to my issue? I have tried everything. even installation on different computers (windows 7, windows 10 ). The EZCAD software supplied is 2.9.9 but i tried others.

@@likaiwang7288 First i copy the entire folder and from that folder i made the short cut file of ezcad2. after opening it i change the work space and field value. but it is not getting save.
