You’ll do great! Good luck Heather. If you’re getting a breast lift, you’re going to have “T-Rex arms” for at least the first week. You will not be able to use your arms much without engaging the chest muscles that should be resting… But you’ll do fine.

Wish I’d found you both before my surgery!! These services would have made the entire process so much easier, more reassuring and I would have been much better prepared and would have made better choices…

Why don’t plastic surgeons inform and support their patients better? Being almost 2 weeks post surgery, I’m astonished at how much I’m completely on my own. My surgeon is very known for and experienced in, my particular procedure. But there are only two post surgical appointments and you are dismissed (and the first one was only with the nurse). I’m really disappointed. There were lot of drain problems and it’s been very scary. I have never even heard of a post op provider before now… where do I even begin, considering the fact that the surgery has already happened?

Good to know what to expect, what’s normal and how to do whatever we’re supposed to be doing. The instructions I got were very minimal. Your videos are very helpful. Thank you! 😊

Sun's the worst for scars. Have you tried a lighten cream? Docs can give you a prescription if the over the counter isn't working
