What would be the value in this property if the public can hunt and trap it . Serious question, I haven’t wrapped my head around these properties enrolled in public access . Understand the tax benefits, but what would be the value of crp land that is also public hunting .
That is a valid question. For some landowners, enrolling their land in a CRP and hunting/trapping programs can be just another investment, even if they are not hunters.
