At every place I have worked, the loudest, angriest person has always been a black woman. Mind you, not every black woman I met was angry, many have been mortified by their fellow black sisters' behavior, but if there is someone yelling at work, it's a black woman, not a black man, white man, white woman, Hispanic woman. The reputation is deserved. Now, why don't you instruct your fellow black women to act properly in public?

I’m a black woman and I know that a lot of these tires are DEI hires. In an America where racism was mostly down away with but somehow kept on life support with conversations like these but by the black people.😢 DI is harmful because it’s assuming that all all places are races because there’s a lack of “POC” in a space when the situation is just a lot of people of color just didn’t wanna move in that space, or didn’t work at the same job , or live in the same area.. You can’t force diversity because it takes away peoples choice to choose themselves what they want to do as well as taking away from people that actually deserve to be there. Qualifications or something have nothing to do with your skin tone. Until the parties that think the DEI is a good thing will admit to their own racist behavior you’re going to keep racism alive, and you’re gonna ruin peoples lives

Of my 20yrs working in a public hospital 12yrs were spent being the only black med lab tech there. Ok, the white ethnic white women there were Italian, Polish, German, 1 Jewish, 4 white men , some whites of English ancestry. Most were 2 generations post WW2, so you can understand the BS going on between these groups. These was also the time the ongoing media stories were" wife swapping " . The stories I heared abou suburban culture. Oh, they're experts in keeping BS going. By the way during the 70s wore an Afro, my supervisor freaked out, " a black militant " . Showed her my scars on my neck and head from hot combs, chemical relaxers,, she actually cried about what we black women had to go through to get straight hair 😂😂😂😂

I'm quite sick of ww. I've worked in corporate settings as well as retail and they are the same EVERY DANG WHERE! If they aren't whining about being sick just to take off work excessively, they are whining about how bw don't engage with them enough. If they have authority, they abuse it, especially towards a person that's more friendly towards a blk manager verses with them. You are drained more from navigating around them & their sensitivity than you are from your actual job duties.

I tried to maintain a peaceful coexistence with them, but they keep so much BS going on . Got called out because during the Vietnam conflict I worked at a battery factory that had governmental security projects being done there. One incident that exposed my knowledge of circuit boards was due to a major highway accident. The man who usually repaired the blood analyzers was unavailable, so I stepped up and took the analyzers' manual and repaired it. They wanted to know why I never told them I knew how to do this.
