The greatest villain in far cry history and its scenes like this that make it one of the best games ever made and the best far cry by miles. The only time I’ve ever been genuinely conflicted with my choices in a Farcry game. I literally saw a monologue of our world through Joseph seed and a sign of things to come. This game is criminally under appreciated

I still think pagan min is the best far cry villain, along of course, everyone's favourite vaas. Nevertheless, joseph did make some good points, but i don't see somebody whose instructed his "family" to do disgusting stuff like torture, kidnapping, animal cruelty, (aka, jacob altering wolves to be the guard dogs of the "judges") murder and lastly but not least, drugging innocents AND rivers with the datura drug, and him himself doing same things he instructed his "family" to, as innocent or "pure". In fact, i'd say it's FAR from it. But hey, at least pagan min gave you a choice to visit your mother's grave, if you let him flee, but the player could always shoot him down. He also doesn't see you as a asset he could use to be more powerful, unlike joseph, who's desperate to go after the deputy and call him his "son", so that he could use him as the ultimate killing machine in order to pave way for his superiority in montana and the world after the nukes.

Anyone else find this calming to listen to?

I love how if you have the Wolf, you can see it slowly get closer to the corpse of a deer, showing how Arthur is running out of time. If Arthur dies with low honor, the wolf will be shown eating the deer.

Joseph is the best villain in gaming and is the reason why I regard FC5as one of my favourite games of all time.

It's really shocked when I realize Joseph was right about the real world.

On the first diagnosis scene, arthur sees a deer on the road and then he knew, death is coming for him. Now everytime he sees that, the death is getting closer. This is the best portray of redemption of a character.

It’s hilarious that Ubisoft’s team did so well writing this that people don’t realise its hold upon them. Look at this comment section. It’s incredible how many people are brainlessly listening to joseph’s speech and taking it as their own worldview, believing that since he’s a character in a game that they would have eventually come up with this line of thinking themselves. You are all unbelievably easily manipulated. Wake up.
