when I switch to edit mode 0:24 , my object is located in the center of the plane, not at the bottom. So when I go to make it inside out, it doesn't work. How do I change that?

No but I am preparing some tutorial about this one :)
You could also use a Simple Deform - Bend modifier to bend the braid into a complete circle that will join ends perfectly at 360º. Then apply a Weld Modifier to join the end vertices.

Hmm maybe it is not clear enough, I will pay attention to this from now on. When you make one braid I thought you can copy as much as you want and make the basket.
@@polymuffin tutorial is great but I was surprised that you didn't show how to make a whole basket. I managed to do it and thank you for showing me how to make the spirals :)

I think it can be done with the same technique. What if we work with a rectangle instead of the initial triangular shape? I’ll try this and let you know... ( btw I tried to make croissants in my real kitchen, but I failed :( )

How did you get into the shape of a spirilla, you press so fast and you can't learn like that, you have to press slowly so they can see what you're teaching
Hi! I just add to screw modifier to circles and thats make spirilla
you can change the playback speed to slow the video down... this is actually a great tutorial, thank you @polymuffin!
