I grew up watching the mid 90s giants. Was a rough time but i learned what it means to be a loyal fan. The Giants have always been an organization with high peaks and low valleys. But it makes the great seasons even sweeter knowing youve been a die hard!

I think the ineptitude is just a symptom of larger problems in NY. I think one of the reasons that they have been under the radar of criticism is because the Jets and two of their division rivals are more dysfunctional than the Giants which masked the issues of the organization. Plus the one constant denominator in all this is the ownership which raises alot of questions as to how they go about hiring people.

The Seattle pick six is all you need to see. He had Hodgins breaking open on the slant/post and stares down Paris Campbell instead for a pick six. Not to mention took Darren Waller was wide open on the corner route in the endzone.. it’s simple. His decision making and processing ability are subpar and unless he’s able to magically fix it, he’ll never lead us to the promised land.

Yes it is. This is who he always was. Look at his college career, same player, same flaws. There's a reason he was a projected backup by most pundits. Unfortunately for us Giants fans, him being coached by Cutcliffe in college was reason enough to draft him 6th overall. Mara has since double and tripled down on his mistake. We are in year 6 of this failed experiment!!!

Good video overall. I do want ro address something you said though. I've had conversations with Giants fans who want the team to go 2-15 or 3-14 solely for the reason of replacing Daniel Jones. That's recognizably irrational, and that's why you see people being called haters. That's literally praying on another man's downfall.

Love the video concept. I was about to say, hard to criticize them for not trading for a 32-year-old Tony Gonzalez without the benefit of hindsight. But as you said, they had enough draft capital to fall back on. And, it’s not like tight ends like him hadn’t aged well. Shannon Sharpe put up similar numbers after his Age 32 season.

Nice video. I'd say the downfall started with the first game right after Hurricane Sandy. Up 10 in the beginning of the 4th against the Steelers and ended up losing. If you want to bring up the first move that started the downfall was forcing Coughlin out but keeping Reese and hiring Mcadoo. Mara should have cleaned house entirely then.
