ACER TV is a big fraudster. I purchased it around a year back and one day suddenly the display stopped working and the technician initiated a request for TV-to-TV replacement in October24. The replacement got approved within few days. It has been 3 months now and the status is still in "to be dispatched". Every time I call their customer care, they pretend by doing random clicks and putting call on hold, putting my request on escalation and on high priority and requesting me to wait for another 24-48 hours. This drama is going on from last 3 months. It is the best way to build a crap, pay to youtubers and suck customer's money.
