People walk across the road all the time, it's Dublin, she was clearly visible, you did rev. I got hit by a bike while crossing with a green man light in the 90s, College Green, he was coming to a stop but still went past the line, I still have a dent on my hip from the impact. At the speed you were going at, you'd do some damage to a person, keep that in mind and read the road, if cars are stopped/ slow, you will get folk crossing so yes the guy had attitude, you did too, all the lad wanted was a sorry and the situation would have defused.

A pedestrian always has the right of way, you should be driving with enough car and attention that would allow you to stop in a safe manner You shouldn't have Reved the bike to try to scare her, I'm sure she got a fright. You were also driving recklessly, it's clearly a single lane for traffic & your weaving through. Which your obviously aware of as your Initial response was to deny anything had happened.

The woman should have looked before she walked across but there was no need for you to be travelling at that speed through a busy inner city junction like that and it’s dark. With so many pedestrians quite clearly visible, you have a duty of care being on a motor vehicle especially if you are overtaking cars on the inside like that. You should learn to be more patient like everybody else has to and manage your motorbike accordingly to your surroundings. It’s really not that difficult. No need to rev the bike at a woman when you’re a man on a big motorbike who clearly can’t control your emotions.
