I’ve had really bad depression my whole life. A major part of it was hating who I was and so living as myself was painful. That it was pointless to try and improve and that I couldn’t improve cuz there was something intrinsically wrong with me like how my family has told me. However, I found out this year that they were wrong and my perception of myself was wrong. When those held beliefs were shattered, I saw the world differently and saw others differently too. I hope you can some to this realization. I don’t know where your pain derives from, but if it has to do with yourself, it’s good to recognize that if you believe something it can become you. You will literally push others away and then say nobody wants to be close to you cuz you’re afraid they’ll hate you, for example. I hope the same for you. And I hope you can find the truth in your life too.

Don't give up please, there is still hope even if you can not see it yet, wish you everything good

I don't know who you are or why did this pop in my recommended but i guess i can understand why would algorithm lead me here. I just wanna say that never give up, keep going forward, enjoy the small wins, find happiness in small everyday activities, cause one day even those will be gone, I know that doesn't sound much like a positive, but as someone who could have been dead out of nowhere, everyday is a gift even though it might be a sad day. You being able to feel right now, to be able to cry or grieve or the positive ones like laughter or just enjoying a company of your cat is a big thing. I hope one day you will find something big that will give you that energy back and make everyday for you beautiful experience. I am also still looking for it, but it is a progress and a journey so keep your head high and dream big you can do it. With love some random stranger on the internet peace✌
