Mobile homes are a waste of money, they lose their resale value as soon as you get one.
A lot of house for a low price! I like the large sizes kids bedrooms, a young couple such as yourselfs probably will have more kids, and those large rooms can accommodate two kids each.😊

Ali Express sales them. You can do a google search to see if anyone sells them locally to you. I’ve seen them cost around $5,000.00
How much does this Chinese Mini Excavator cost you ? From where did you buy?
@@avinc6699 I paid $4700 out of Okeechobee FL. It was at a small equipment place I saw on FB marketplace. So I made the drive to buy it. I would check FB marketplace and look for equipment dealers that may have them

@avinc6699 unfortunately no, I have no warranty or anything like that. If that's something you are looking for then I would recommend a named brand machine from a dealer like kabota, bobcat, etc. But they start at 25-30k for something tiny like this.
