This video is so nice to watch, you speak so positively about the bad things if that makes sense. I’ve hit rock bottom again and it’s awful, I’m not eating right, not sleeping, not talking to anyone, isolated myself, self h**ming , calling s**cide lines etc. I’m so low at the moment and I’m really trying to just hold on. Have you ever experienced not knowing what you want? Not knowing if you want to recover or if you want to stay depressed? That’s what I’m experiencing at the moment. 💓 Sending all my love to you 🥰🥰

So happy to see my idea was used! This is so important! 👏👏 I remember my first couple times actually opening up about my MH and it was really really bad, wrong person wrong environment wrong time wrong everything, I wasn’t taken seriously and it ended up causing more trouble than anything else but it did teach me valuable lessons about how to start the conversation with The Who, The When and The Where
