I bought a Henry slug gun this year myself. I'm using a Nikon 2/7 shotgun scope zero dead on at 75 yd. Holding roughly a 2-inch group with Remington accurate tips. Very little recoil. Love the shotgun.. never had a shot in a whitetail that's Massachusetts for you. Lol

The 20 gauge h&r is more accurate altogether than the 12. We can use the 350 and 450 in Michigan now, but i love my u.s.h with the bull barrel. Hornady sabots hit super tight at 100yrds. Damn shame they quit making h&r and nef 😢

Screw in the aperture. You have it on ghost ring. By another aperture for more refined aiming.

I bought a CVA Wolf about a decade ago.....no sights on it & i couldn't hit a 4x8 sheet of plywood w/ it at 100 yards, then sat it down, didn't clean it & the next yr i sold it for 50.oo just to get rid of it, just used my bow, then about 2 weeks ago, i bought another CVA wolf, , this one has a scope, then, decided to buy the breach plug that allows me to shoot Blackhorn powder.... B/c it seems by far better than the 50 grain pellets....IMO, CVA should give us this option, which breach plug do you want...?? I could of saved 50.oo

Update: This is actually my bow and fully tightened down it was drawing around 76 77lbs. Shoots very well. Took me a while to get there. I actually had to work out a bit at 60 years old.

I have the exact same rifle. Just a note, they will only chamber mostly 300 gr factory or the Hornady that you were shooting. I rented a throating reamer and opened it up to accept 500 gr cast bullets or obviously anything in between in lower weights. It is so far in load development shooting very well.

Volume is quite low and also you do that throat thrill all the time, which makes it more difficult to understand (and is probably annoying to many). Otherwise the video looks promising.

Great review! Just bought this gun and I cant wait for it to get here! Are the fiber optic sights bulky or relatively slim? I've had fiber optic sights that take up half of the deer when I aim. Just thought I would ask since I don't have money for a scope!

Brother, start off on the treadmill, or stairclimber if you want to lose fat, and increase cardio. Way better than stressing your knees. Start off 3x a week and work up to 5x a week, start off at 15 minutes and work up to 45 minutes 5x a week roughly. You can then increase the incline on the treadmil as well and speed on the stairclimber. Im rotating between the 2 atm i got alaska in 4 weeks!! Your diet is just as important as exercise though remember that!
