I don't quite get it. Lots of government organizations will give you the same answers. Perhaps not all but many will. These people have a job. That job is defined. They have Rules they should follow. The public are recipients of policing. Sometimes you must find people that have interacted with police to find the truth. Those involved in policing, their praises of their department or leader, are irrelevant. This includes the governing body.
