I can relate so much. You feel so alone not just in the would but in your OWN HOME! It's so sad.
Love the hat.
🙌🏾
Thank you Travis for these videos! I'm listening! 👂🏾.... Great content!
Absolutely.
The 3 letter agencies are out greatest enemy.
What were the missing facts on the case where the thugs at PPD made up a gang that carried umbrellas and were more dangerous than the hell's angels , the crips and the bloods ? PPD made up a gang to use to punish people that were not rioting . Even if they were rioting, submitting false info to the court that the defendants were members of a gang is the type of thing PPD is known for and you bootlickers never want to mention . And you think that's hunky dory . Please direct me to your explanation on this one . And remember , back the blue till they do it to you. FTP
Yes. Absolutely!
The guy had 100% just committed (or was part of a) armed robbery! Came out of the car with a gun in hand! "I'm not against shooting, as long as the right people get shot" Harry Callahan.
Great job by police officers!
Good thing there’s three participants in this podcast, otherwise this video might have netted a pathetic view count.
It’s too late at this point. ABC 15 and dangerous Dave Biscobing have been in the public’s ear pushing the DOJs bogus narrative. The damage is irreparable unless another news outlet backs up Phoenix.
I agree that it's beyond dispute that there was nothing unconstitutional about PPD's actions in this case. The US District Court and the 9th Circuit also agreed as well. I also made a video analyzing this incident and providing missing context - ruclips.net/video/7IbergOLV7A/видео.html
Its like the muppets talking to each other. The funniest thing is these losers talking about money. These dopes have been living off the government dime for decades
Phx PD should stop violating citizens constitutional rights if they want to stop being investigated
Please stop putting an entire department on blast for what I'm sure does happen from time to time. I'm sure Phoenix Police department has a few bad apples in the bunch but that doesn't mean the entire department is bad. And here's another thought maybe people should stop breaking the law and having interactions with police and then they wouldn't have their constitutional rights violated. I know for a fact way back in my day I had many encounters with Phoenix Police department and never once were they disrespectful or abusive and never were my rights violated. I believe that's probably because when they said give me your driver's license and insurance I did and when they asked me to step out of the car and put my hands behind my back I did I didn't talk s*** I didn't spit at them I didn't call him a pig I did what you're supposed to do. I'm so sick of people acting like the cops are the enemies. I would say 99.9% of all police officers across this country would lay down their life to protect me or you. I say we need to give lots of money so Phoenix Police department can hire a whole bunch more officers because we do not have enough of them to help protect and keep our city safe. And in addition I think every officer should get a raise.
The United States Constitution is our most valued document and the rights of citizens must be protected. American Policing contacts millions of citizens a day, often times in high stressful situations, and these encounters are the backbone of the Constitution. No profession is perfect and we must all ensure that no matter the situation, individual rights are protected. There is also a responsibility of those making those accusations. The DOJ Civil Rights Division investigated the PHX for 3 years and they released their report that did not list specific incidents but rather vague details. It turns out, that when you analyze the constitutionality of encounters, details matter and when those details are examined, it is troubling the picture that the DOJ tried to portray. You claim rights are being violated. Well, the DOJ gave their synopsis after looking at their agency for a decade. You can look at every case yourself because PHX put a website up where you can watch the video and read the reports. Take a look and you tell us where rights were being violated. Did the DOJ violate rights when they left details out and used inaccurate case law in their report? www.lawofficer.com/the-consent-decree-hoax-revealed/ I am not trying to debate here. But wouldn't you agree that transparency is important? Why did the DOJ spend 3 years in PHX. The agency spent 10 million helping them and the report given to us is not only inaccurate but in many places, misleading. Is PHX perfect. I know they aren't because no human is and humans make up LE but where are those examples from the DOJ? Shouldn't we expect to see many of them if this was truly a problem?
"Cops are our Heroes and they can do anything they want to anyone! Our job as peasants is to just Fund them and Obey them!"
Hmmm. A common sense approach to policing! I love this attitude - it will never work with our toxic department because our chiefs are just positive that their job is to be politicians
My dad served on the PPD from 1963 to 1972.
Attorneys with guns and badges, also known as the DOJ, demonstrated a pattern and practice of incompetence fueled by political agendas. Don't armchair quarterback with an elite agenda until you stand in the gap and walk point - until you run to a gunfight.
Phoenix is the most corrupt bunch of goons in the country
I’ve been following this for a while and I’m so glad that Phoenix PD did not back down to this corruption and sign a consent decree. Hold the line.
They don’t have a plan on what they want any of the departments do. Their entire argument is based off “ don’t do that, but we won’t tell you what we want you to do. Just do something else”.
That's because they already have the blue prints of what to do are you dense ?
@@travislupum they actually don’t, and if you understood any of it you’d know that. Federal monitors don’t want change. They want to get consent decrees then make bogus allegations because they get rich off it. The federal monitor over MCSO is making over $1 million a year. What interest is it of his to say MCSO is compliance? There is none.
🙌🏾
So stop hiring idiots?
Outstanding job.
It was great getting to know him. He can't stop being a hero.
Nobody gets more upset about having to follow the law than law-enforcement.
Most people are not a holes thats why they dont want to be cops
Great job TY!
Great information.... Will share them with my squad.
👍🏾
Travis is right! I still remember being glued to the television for that line up! 😂...I was 9 years old. AMW is the reason why I switched over to LE.
Outstanding. I've seen that time and time again.
I don't know, but I've been told a green grasshopper has a brown..., JK. Seriously though, I have heard Arizona has the most corrupt cops in the nation. Hasn't the DOJ been out there doing some investigations? JSn
Sheet rolls downhill
I don't quite get it. Lots of government organizations will give you the same answers. Perhaps not all but many will. These people have a job. That job is defined. They have Rules they should follow. The public are recipients of policing. Sometimes you must find people that have interacted with police to find the truth. Those involved in policing, their praises of their department or leader, are irrelevant. This includes the governing body.
Pinal county is one of the MOST corrupt ones in AZ. JFC fuck you!
Just keep dropping standards like the Organizations have been doing for the last 15 years. 1. Ex Gang-members, welcome. 2. Non HS grads, that's fine 3. criminal records, A-OK 4. Illegals, , no problem.
Short video with a lot of quality content.
Thank you.
Hello dear. I visited your RUclips channel ''Courageous leader'' and found it needs a lot of updates. Great points. We are comparing apple to oranges when we look at police mortality over the years.
Yes. This training must reach all ranks. It is probably more important at the supervisory level and below. Only you can call yourself a 'lowly' officer.
Nailed it! Thank you.
