The yoga pose in the Wheel card is Chakrasana, the Wheel, so very appropriate for that card 🙏🏻

In addition to being a professional tarot reader, I am also a follower of the TRADITIONAL YORUBA CULT and I appreciate this theme, although in Voodoo there are several syncretized aspects and therefore different from our guidelines. This deck has beautiful cards such as THE MAGICIAN, THE EMPRESS, THE CHARIOT and THE HERMIT. However, some things could have been different, so as not to confuse certain traditional tarot symbologies. For example: The STRENGTH card looks more like the DEVIL card, just as the JUDGMENT card is very close to the DEATH card in some aspects. I also don't really like the red on the back of the cards. The extra black card would have been a much more interesting choice. In fact, the author exaggerated the dark bias of some images. My rating : 7.5

I like how the emperoress look like the voodoo queen and you see images of papa legba

I found the original listing on this Deck from Lo Scarabeo, but it is out of print. That other company probably just picked it up because of that, but I don't know did they did it legally or not.

I thought I'd love this deck, and I do love the art style, but some things don't make sense to me. It's nice to diversify and it's great to be inclusive, but I don't see any reason for The Empress to be nude as she embodies luxury and extravagance. I also don't see the point in the suit of Wands being green and Pentacles being yellow, because conventionality makes sense instead: Earth element and greenery: Green Fire element and flame: Yellow. The Knight of Pentacles being in a wheelchair, why is a horse in the background? Either he's a horse rider or he's not. The Lover's card is my favorite, it represents the people who don't get representation, but every commonly romantic card in the deck was a queer couple (2 of cups, 4 of wards, 10 of cups), which isn't very inclusive.

Interesting. I think a lot of these images are in other decks like the green witch and animals maybe from the shape-shifting deck. Halloween doesn't really fit the deck. Lot of day of the dead. Not sure what Lilith and Medusa have to do with anything. Strange deck, maybe that's the point.
