Its a daily bonus. But some days its not available, I think bolt uses it to get drivers driving and stay online.

Hi Thembelani There are a lot of factors to consider. If you get about 2 trips per hour and a trip is R50 then in 20 hour you will make about 2000 but its not guaranteed

@@thembelanimoyo6375 In the middle of the month and towards month end there is not a lot of rider. There is fuel, car service since the car will be accumulating a lot of KMs. What other business are you starting?

That is quite a lot of commission going to bolt. I mean that is like 23%. is this percentage always this high?
yes they take a lot. but I mean they also running a business so they have to make profit. I will be trying other side hustles because bolt driving is not for me. if you have any online side hustles please suggest so I can try.

@@sidehustlesouthafrica Side Hustle I'll be on the lookout for your next video, thanks. I should point out that if we include fuel costs on a vehicle, then the earnings are closer to R2 240. Assuming I drive about 40km per day making deliveries, that's about 2.5 litres of fuel used up, which equals to about 40 bucks, since 1litre equals R15.86. 40 x 6 (working days) = 240 x 4 (full month) = R960. 3200 - 960 (fuel) = R2 240...It's not great. They should really increase the base fares
@@migupnt Haha wow 1litre was R15.86 then, damn. And I wonder if the base fare has even gone up taking into account the fuel increase. I've watched so many videos here on RUclips and many don't even talk about fuel lol
