    Histamine response can be low methylation due to problems with the folate-b12 pathway. And are we talking absorption in the gut or at a cellular level? I have high serum B12 but insufficient at the cellular level. And, as mentioned B12 and folate work together so being insufficient in folate would lead to high levels of serum b12... Context is important.

      If you actually think about it, it's very unhealthy. Mayonnaise is made from vegetable oil, eggs, thickeners and stuff. You're right, eggs and olive oil are healthy but mixing them together is found unhealthy. Moreover it has up to 100 cal per serving.

    I just use sour cream or creme fraise. Fat, *real* fat, isn't bad so stop falling for the 'saturated' fat myth. Animal fats including butter, ghee, lard, tallow etc. are absolutely fine and do not make people sick. Seed oils like vegetable and rapeseed/canola are the culprits.

      Eggs are a true super food. The egg whites have the glycine. Egg yolks have alot more essential vitamins, minerals & nutrients.
