Secondly we used to have american bases here in the Philippines but the incompetent former president du30 told them to leave. We wouldn’t have any problems in the WPS if it weren’t for him making them leave. Third we have exercises like these all the times. This is to boost our alliance and to have an opportunity for our soldiers to learn from their soldiers and vice versa. And lastly having our allies here just boosts our security because what country would want to have a war with a country that has a strong alliance with the greatest military power in the world. I for one would want to have the US bases back here because we still lack the capacity to protect our territory especially the farther most part of our territory.

Low visibility flag patches already exist. But standard practice is that flag patches be worn during exercises with foreign counterparts.

They already have those.
