Love the concept and innovative design mate well done! The zip at the front is great for easy access. The divider is a good idea too. The saddle bags are good in theory . . . . But would I use them? Probably not so much but then again would be a good spot for recovery gear. The only problem is the price . . . . Having $500 hanging off the spare is just too risky . . . Unless you have too much money . . . . I have a crashpad and I still feel its risky having $160 hanging off the spare. One thing you may or may not have factored in is being able to attach it to a car like a Prado with very narrow gap between the door and the back of the wheel. I received my crashpad one and they had the buckles similar to the pics of yours with the long strap coming from the bottom butnfor my Prado I needed the long strap coming from the top to be able to actually access the buckle. Crashpad were nice enough to alter it for me and even paid the return postage so as the customer I was super happy although they didn't give this as an option at checkout. Just something worth considering because the way yours are they're only good for a spare on a swing arm. All the best mate 👍
