Schools rating plz
The schools have a A+ rating on niche.com and is currently rated the 10th BEST school district in the state of Texas. Lorene Rodgers middle school is currently a 7/10 and Prosper High School is also a 7/10 on greatschools.com

I still feet the current house prices are on the higher side compared to the current interest rates and monthly mortgage payments I anticipate more corrections in house price in 2023 if interest rates continue
