I sincerely apologize if this video is scaring anyone about this surgery. I assume if you are getting the linx implant ONLY without a hiatal hernia repair the recovery will be a much better one. In my case it was both hiatal hernia with linx and my wife and kids had to witness suffering everyday for a very long time. I’m sure there are better success stories than mine as far as recovery goes and I sure hope so.. If you look deeper into the Linx statistics there is a percentage of patients who have to continue PPI use after the surgery has healed and linx has settled in, it is not that uncommon for this to happen.
